We provide a wellness call or text service for peace of mind
At YANA – Our focus is on providing comfort…
Comfort and peace of mind, in support of the well-being of your loved ones.
Our founder has been a caregiver for over 20 years, continuing a tradition she inherited from her family. With an empathetic heart, she felt drawn to individuals lacking support. She recognized that many people lacked someone to simply check in on them regularly, even though human interaction is vital for the well being of body, mind, and soul. For her, YANA is an essential instrument of change to make the world a better place, one compassionate act at a time.
Our Compassionate Call and Texting Services
Our compassionate call/text services can reach people in all 50 states.
How it works
You will first choose a package to subscribe to.
That package will come with a choice of designated times to receive the YANA call or text. Next, you will electronically fill out a brief form and answer a quick informational questionnaire, signing it off. Finally, you will fill out the secured payment information. Once completed and submitted, you will start to receive the official YANA calls/texts within 2-3 business days.
When you receive the YANA call
When you receive a YANA text
When you receive the YANA text you will merely need to respond with “Yes” in order to complete the check in. Your text will include a brief text wishing you well for the day. If you do not respond to the first text, you will get another text message 1 hour later with another opportunity to respond. In the chance that you do not respond to the second text message, your contact of choice will receive a notification informing them you did not respond. Your contact of choice will then be able to follow through as they see fit.
